Hi, I’m Katie.

My intuition and clinical expertise guide my own nutrition and wellness journey. My strong desire to help others along their path to wellbeing has lead me here.

Nature was my first love. Then ballet. Then dietetics, fitness, art, yoga, mindfulness and spirituality… It was not until I took a holistic approach to health, bringing consciousness to every aspect of wellness, that I learned how to integrate all of the above to become my most embodied self yet. I left my professional dance career to become a dietitian

Hobbies: dancing, painting, collecting shells, hiking, paddle boarding, house music, and playing with Frankie (the orange and white dog).

My Approach

Meeting you exactly where you are.

Make positive changes from a place of compassion, understanding, and awareness.

Katie works collaboratively with her clients to release body shame and blame, strengthen the mind-body connection, and gain body trust in order to feel confident, joyful and empowered.

She helps clients reclaim their power and food freedom by unlearning diet culture’s harmful messages, learning relevant nutrition science, and shifting towards a positive relationship with food.
